1. Biotin- Good for skin, hair, nails and metabolism 2. Apple Cider Vinegar Tablets- I heard they help with diet loss 3. B-1 Complex- Heart strength and metabolism 4. Woman's 1 a Day- To many benefits to mentions....let's just say it's a multi-vitamin. 5. Flax-Seed Tablets- They make you poop 6. Calcium- helps my bones stay strong for the torture they will endure during my workouts. My "older women" body will thank me 20 years from now, I am sure. 7. Vitamin C gummies- Vitamin C for my immune system and they are gummies because I love gummy candy and this is a way getting this junk in the diet without it hurting me in the long run :)
A friend suggested these vitamins because she had GREAT weight loss (about 90 pounds or more) and her dietitian recommended them.
So there you have it. All of these items are securely placed in a "old-people" pill box I purchased in Vitamin Shoppe. I just place the pills in there perspective slots for the week and drink them once a day in the morning with my smoothie. If I didn't do it otherwise, I would probably forget to take them and this would defy the purpose of spending money on this stuff. Here is a picture of the Pill Box:

I am gonna try and power-walk 4 miles now and then walk to Tom Thumb to buy Truvia (natural Sweetener) and some Benefiber. This shopping and vitamin list makes me seem like an elderly woman who is in desperate need of some colon cleansing. Ha! Well, Tuddle-loo cyber world. I am off on Day 1. Update later tonight :)
